In order to reserve your date for the Venue, we require 3 things:
1. Signed Contract
2. Non Refundable Retainer of $1,800 (this amount comes off the total invoice)
3. Refundable Damage Deposit of $750

2. Full Payment

How many days do you get the Venue for?
Weddings:
Friday: Arrival 7am & exit by 7pm for setup/decorating/rehearsal
Saturday: Wedding & Reception 7am-10pm
Sunday: Cleanup 7am-3pm
Events: Booked Hourly

What are the measurements of the barn?
Inside the barn is 60x45 with 14ft tall to ceiling
Back Wall - 30ft

Is the Barn heated/cooled?
The barn does not have a heating or cooling system. However, it is insulated and stays fairly reasonable. If you would like to bring in fans or a porta cooler you are more than welcome to.
Who is in charge of cleanup?
Client is in charge of cleanup and trash removal. If you would like cleanup and trash removal done by Mount Brow Vineyard it is an additional $500.
How do I obtain Event insurance and how much does it cost?

You are responsible for purchasing event insurance of no less than one million dollars, which can be obtained through your personal insurance or a website such as www.theeventhelper.com or www.wedsafe.com. (usual cost is $125).
*Purchase the insurance for 3 days (rehearsal/setup day, wedding day, cleanup day)
*You must list White Rock Family LLC as "Additional Insured".
We highly recommend you secure deposit/cancellation refund insurance as well.
*You must include Host Liquor Liability if you are providing any type or amount of beer, wine or liquor.
Is the Vacation Home included in the wedding price?
The vacation home is not included in the Venue pricing. You have the option to book the home or not. The home is an additional $2,000 for Friday check in and Sunday check out. If you would like to add extra days you are more than welcome to as long as they are available. The home sleeps up to 14 people
How many bedrooms does the house have?
The home has 4 bedrooms and 7 beds.
Master Suite has 1 cal king bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 full over full bunk beds
Bedroom 3 has 1 cal king bed
Bedroom 4 has 1 cal king bed
We also have 2 queen size air mattresses
