Event venue (1-25 guests) - $150 an hour
Event venue (26-50 guests) - $250 an hour
Event venue (51-200 guests) - $400 an hour
Included with Venue
1 hour for setup / 1 hour for tear down
(can always book extra hours if needed)

Parking
1 Portable Restroom & 1 Wash Station
Client to Provide
1 Day of Venue/Event insurance
Setup and cleanup/trash removal
(Additional $500 for Mount Brow to do Cleanup/Trash Removal)
All other off site rentals and services
